How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 5–7 business days. After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.
Do I need to dilute/water down the product?
No. Our products are ready to use. Diluting them with water or otherwise altering the formula will significantly reduce fragrance strength, longevity, and overall product quality.
How do I use Home Spray?
You use the product by spraying directly into the air. The strength of the scent will depend on how many sprays you use in each room.
Can I use Home Spray on linens or fabric?
Home Spray is formulated for use in the air. Because it contains a high concentration of fragrance oils, do not spray it directly onto fabric, furniture, or finished surfaces.
Which fragrances are your best sellers?
Sweet is our most popular fragrance. It is a soft, sweet vanilla fragrance that most clients love. Alecrim is our second most popular fragrance and has a brighter citrus profile.
How can I sample your fragrances?
You can experience our fragrances by purchasing our sample size spray. No minimum purchase is required.
How long do your fragrances last in the environment?
Longevity depends on the room size, how enclosed the space is, and the amount of air circulation. In our testing, the fragrance lasted about one week in a closed, medium-sized room with average air circulation. Some customers report noticing it after two weeks. Results vary by environment and the number of sprays used.
