Alecrim (Rosemary) is a very easy shrub to grow and grows in fields even without being sown. The ancient Romans called this little plant rosmarinus, which translates into Portuguese as “sea dew”. Rosemary wards off envy and the evil eye, and even bad dreams if placed under the pillow.
